Invincible Tea Blend

This tea blend is called Invincible because of how incredibly fortifying it is for your immune system. Not only is it absolutely delicious and a client favorite, but drinking this goodness regularly will help keep you healthy all year long. With the potent medicine of the Elder plant being the main ingredients, this tea blend can also support your body's recovery if you do happen to get sick. A study conducted in 2004 found that taking elderberry extract reduced the duration of cold and flu symptoms by nearly half compared to a placebo. Pretty great results!

Directions: Boil water and remove from heat. Add 1 tbsp of herb per cup of water, steep 25+ minutes, strain and enjoy!
