Digestive Support Tea Blend

This tasty blend is a wonderful support to the digestive system. You can drink it regularly to help strengthen and improve your digestive system or you can drink it as needed if you are experiencing any digestive discomfort such as gas, bloating, or general indigestion. Directions: If you are taking it to strengthen and improve digestion, drink one quart each day. If you are taking it for an acute symptom, begin with 1-2 cups and continue to increase the dosage until symptoms subside.
